Parece que poco a poco Picasa avanza, y la mejor forma es ampliar idiomas e internacionalizarse. Para ello, y según un post de Google Blog (al parecer ya no existente) se ha ampliado a una gran lista de idiomas.

The team behind Picasa has now added 25 new interface languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Tagalog, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Catalan, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

All of these languages are one click away. Just download Picasa, and it will automatically match your system’s native language.
